Wedding cake delivery

At NaazCakes, we understand that your wedding day is one of the most special and important days of your life. That's why we offer personal delivery and setup of your wedding cake to ensure that it arrives at your venue safely and is set up to perfection. Our delivery team will transport your cake with the utmost care and attention, and will work with your venue to ensure that the cake is placed in the perfect spot for all to admire. We take pride in our exceptional service and will do everything we can to ensure that your wedding cake is delivered on time and in perfect condition. Delivery and setup is included in the price of your wedding cake, so you can rest assured that there will be no hidden fees or surprises.

Bespoke Cake Delivery

At NaazCakes, we offer both delivery and collection options for our bespoke cakes. If you choose to collect your cake from our bakery, there is no additional charge for this service. However, if you prefer to have your cake delivered to your desired location, delivery charges will vary depending on the distance and location. We understand that each delivery is unique, so we are happy to discuss the delivery options and charges with you at the time of enquiry. Our team takes great care in ensuring that your bespoke cake is delivered to you safely and on time. Whether you choose to collect your cake or have it delivered to your doorstep

Collection and Transporting

At NaazCakes, we take great care in creating your custom cakes and ensuring that they arrive at your desired location safely and in perfect condition. However if you wish to collect your cake, we recommend placing the cake in the front passenger footwell or in a clear space in the boot of your car. Never place the cake on a passenger seat, carry it on your lap, or place it on an uneven surface as this may cause damage to the structure of your cake. We highly recommend bringing someone to help you, especially when collecting tiered cakes. Please exercise caution when approaching roundabouts, corners, and speed bumps. Always hold the box from the bottom and keep it straight, not tilted. During warm weather, we advise that you put the air conditioning on or open the windows to keep your cake cool. Once you reach your destination, take the cake out straight to a safe and cool place. Avoid placing the cake in direct sunlight or in a warm environment as this may cause the cake to melt or become damaged. For fresh cream and buttercream cakes, we recommend that you store it in the fridge and recommend that they be at room temperature before cutting. Fondant finished cakes cannot be stored in the fridge and should be kept at room temperature. Please note that once the cake has left our premises, we are no longer responsible for any damage to the cake during transportation. At NaazCakes, we take pride in using only the freshest and highest quality ingredients to make our cakes. However, we would like to inform our customers that all of our cakes contain dairy, gluten (wheat), and eggs, and are made in an environment that handles nuts and soya. Please note that our kitchen is not an allergen-free environment, and we cannot guarantee that our cakes will be free from traces of these allergens due to the nature of our production process. If you or your guests have a known severe allergy, we kindly request that you inform them not to consume the cake due to the possibility of trace allergens. NaazCakes does not accept any responsibility for customers suffering allergic reactions from consuming our cakes. It is the customer's responsibility to make us aware of any special dietary requirements that need to be accommodated in the making of the cake. If you have any specific dietary requirements or allergies, please let us know at the time of ordering, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. Orders and deposits

At NaazCakes, we accept orders via our website enquiry form, WhatsApp, and phone. To confirm your order and delivery date, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit, with the remaining 50% due upon collection or delivery of your cake. We accept payments via bank transfer, and the details will be provided upon booking. Please note that we cannot duplicate the exact copy of another cake artist's work. However, we can draw inspiration from reference images to create a unique design that meets your needs and preferences. We are committed to delivering the best possible service and product to our customers, and we appreciate your understanding of this policy.


At NaazCakes, we strive to provide the best possible service and product to our customers. However, please note that we are no longer responsible for the cake after it leaves our premises, and we will not take responsibility for any damage that may occur during transportation, set-up, or handling by the customer or any third party. In the rare event that you are not satisfied with your cake, we must receive the majority of the cake back on the same day to assess the issue and determine the value of the refund. We reserve the right to refund, repair or replace the cake at our discretion. Please note that we do not offer refunds for any cake that has been consumed or discarded.
